Haley Meyer is an emerging artist living and working in Toronto. Her work examines personal digital photographs that she deconstructs from their complex forms into simple renderings through collage, oil painting, and printmaking. Her work acts as a meditation that pulls subtle imagery from these photographs and associates them with physical sensations and emotions. These subjects are placed at the forefront of her work in order to create pieces that offer her stationary comfort in a fast-paced, ever-changing world.
She is pursuing a BFA in Drawing and Painting, with a minor in Printmaking and Publications at OCAD University.
